1Definitions

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player via GCash, Maya, or another accepted payment method, excluding bonus allocations.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use OkeBet2, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. OkeBet2 does not accept players under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporations and entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of an OkeBet2 employee in a position that may create a conflict of interest.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery. OkeBet2 may verify your identity using third-party verification services at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3Account Rules

Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on OkeBet2. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings across those accounts
• A permanent ban from the OkeBet2 platform

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. 4Deposits & Withdrawals

OkeBet2 supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash — minimum deposit ₱100, withdrawals typically settle within 5 minutes
• Maya — minimum deposit ₱100, same-day withdrawals
• GrabPay and Coins.ph — minimum deposit ₱100
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers — BDO, BPI, UnionBank
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

All deposits are credited to your OkeBet2 balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. OkeBet2 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

For withdrawals, the following rules apply on OkeBet2:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer minimums may vary.

5Bonuses & Promotions

OkeBet2 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Participation in any bonus offer is subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are credited to your OkeBet2 balance upon qualifying action (e.g., first deposit). Credited bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the default requirement is 20× the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers before the associated winnings can be cashed out.
• Only bets placed with qualifying odds contribute to wagering requirements. Heavily favoured selections (typically those shorter than -200) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

• OkeBet2 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion found to be exploited through irregular betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Bonus expiry periods are specified per promotion. Unless otherwise stated, unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering expires after 30 calendar days.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on OkeBet2 are subject to the rules of the relevant sport or game in addition to these general terms.

Sports Betting: All settled sports bets are based on official results as reported by the governing body of the relevant competition. OkeBet2 will not reverse a settled bet solely on the basis of a result being unexpected. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and actual market prices, OkeBet2 reserves the right to correct the odds before the bet is officially confirmed.

• Bets are binding once confirmed in your betslip. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and the cash-out is activated before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a match being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before reaching the applicable completion threshold, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For accumulator bets, a voided leg is removed and odds recalculate around remaining selections. If only one leg remains after removals, the bet settles as a single.
• Live betting odds fluctuate in real time. OkeBet2 cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the moment you click will be available at the moment the bet is processed. If odds change materially before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the updated price.

Casino & Bingo: All casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, and bingo — use certified random number generators or live dealer mechanisms regulated under applicable standards. 7Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on OkeBet2 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account
• Engaging in money laundering or using OkeBet2 for any financial crime
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the OkeBet2 platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings arising from known errors may be voided
• Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information
• Attempting to circumvent geographical restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other masking tools
• Placing bets as part of a coordinated scheme to generate guaranteed profit from bonus offers ("bonus abuse")

8Intellectual Property

All content on OkeBet2 — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, game graphics, text, software, and audio — is owned by or licensed to OkeBet2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from OkeBet2 without express written consent. Scraping, data extraction, or automated harvesting of platform content is prohibited.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OkeBet2 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform, regardless of technical, connectivity, or display issues
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers including payment networks, internet service providers, or game suppliers

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of OkeBet2

OkeBet2's total liability to any player for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
